On Artalabs website we do not collect any information about our visitors or customers. Our hosting provider automatically collects information within server log files which is sent automatically by your browser.This data is not being merged with other data sources.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from our customers when they place an order for our products using Shareit payment service or from their emails that request a proforma invoice.
We do not store any information about customer credit card which customer provides to Shareit service on payment form. The information is only used by Shareit to finalize the payment.

How do we use your information?

We permanently keep database of our customers. Each record contain user name, address,contact adress and email address, VAT number if applicible, type of licensing and license keys for our products.
Communication with users is by email, on their request or from our side to inform customers of new version of software. We do not use email for any kind of advertising.
